Husband Saves His Aged Wife Trapped During Flooding Before Being Swept Away (Photos)

 

This is the moment an elderly woman in China is rescued after just losing her husband to the floodwaters. The woman’s husband had used clothing to tie her to a tree before he was swept away by the fast-flowing stream in Jingmen City, central China’s Hubei province on July
20. The 72-year-old was later picked up by soldiers who convinced her to finally let go of the tree.
