Insane love: Real Madrid player spent N169m to rent Island just to propose to babymama

27 year old Real Madrid and Wales striker, Gareth Bale spent £400,000 (almost NI69 million) for the private rental of Tagomago Island, which is located just next to Ibiza, just to propose to long term girlfriend, Emma Rrhys-Jones.

A big investment, but one that ultimately paid off handsomely for Bale as the she accepted his proposal and he tweeted his delight. The footballer and his babymama have two girls, Alba and Nava together.

The cost of the island rental wasn’t just for him and his fiancee, though: Bale also put up a group of friends, as it was his 27th birthday, so it was a particularly special weekend for the Real Madrid man.

After spending close to 170 milla for proposal, Emma had no choice. She must accept that proposal by fire by thunder. Lol.
