According to an eyewitness/twitter user, Olatunde Kazeem, a woman and her daughter (pictured above) were seen wandering around Arepo, Ogun state. Efforts to know who she is proved abortive as she is not speaking to anyone.
Kazeem alleged that after reporting to the police
, they refused to take responsibility but advised that sympathizers should contact Ogun State social welfare.
