Man Standing Trial for R@pe Re-arrested for Another R@pe Case

In a shocking development, a man already standing trial for a R@pe case has been arrested by the police for committing a similar offence.

 

A 22- year old man Chibuzor Okechukwu who had earlier been detained at State Criminal Investigation Department, SCID, and is now standing trial over a R@pe case has been arrested again for forcefully abducting and raping another girl aged 22 in Ilogbo, Ajangbadi area of Lagos. According to source, one Achumba Chima who claimed to have employed the victim named Chioma Odo as his house girl reported to the police Station at Ajangbadi on November 9, 2016 that his employee was forcefully taken on the 8th of November, 2016 and R@ped by Okechukwu who resides in Itire area of Ajangbadi.
Saturday Vanguard gathered that the suspect who was arrested on the 10th of November has since confessed to the crime as he also blames it on excessive alcohol consumption.
Saturday Vanguard investigation revealed that the suspect was recently transferred to SCID where he was charged to Court for similar crime and was granted bail.
Confirming the story the Lagos police command spokesman, SP. Dolapo Badmos said the suspected rapist will soon be charged to court again.
