This Kenyan woman, Rahab Mugure Nga'nga is among the few women or only person who are still proud of their virginity despite her age.

The 33-year-old commercial service manager has maintained her purity for the last 3 decades and is still going on strong. While speaking to The Standard, Rahab said she has kept her virginity because of her religious belief and desire to please her God.


She said;

"I am a born again Christian and I do not want to offend God with sexual sin, sex outside the marriage bond is sin. I want to have sex, just like the next person, but because I haven't before, it is not a distraction."

She revealed that even though she was involved in two serious long term relationship which unfortunately ended badly, she has remained a virgin

"My first, which lasted two and a half years, ended because our ideals on sexual boundaries clashed. The second, which lasted three years, ended two months to my wedding date. I rush straight home from work and keep my socialising at zero until these winds have passed. I also avoid reading certain books or watch soap operas and I do not kiss or caress men."

Unbelievable! Nigerian Soldiers and Police Have S*xually Abused Boko Haram Victims…Shocking Details

A new report has shown just how Nigerian soldiers and even police officers have been involved in $exually assaulting women.

It has been revealed that Nigerian soldiers and policemen have over time r*ped and $exually abused women and girls.

The revelation was made in a report by the Human Rights Watch, HRW, on Monday.

According to the report, the women and girls who were harrassed were the ones fleeing the Islamist militant group, Boko Haram.

Forty-three cases of “s*xual abuse, including r*pe and exploitation”, were documented in July, HRW said.

The women and girls were housed at seven camps in Maiduguri, the capital of Borno state, where Boko Haram’s seven-year insurgency began.

That insurgency has displaced more than two million people and killed some 15,000 in the northeast.

An army spokesman declined to comment and referred the matter to the defense ministry. A spokesman for the department could not be reached by phone and did not respond to a text message. A spokesman for the Nigerian police could not be reached on his mobile phone.

The rights group said it was also told of abuse carried out by camp leaders and members of security groups set up to help the military fight the insurgents.

According to HRW, Four people revealed that they were drugged and r*ped. Thirty-seven said they had been coerced into s*x through false marriage promises and material and financial assistance.

A 17-year-old girl said she was r*ped by a policeman who approached her in a camp. “One day he demanded to have s*x with me. I refused but he forced me,” she said, adding that it happened once. She said he threatened to shoot and kill her when she discovered that she was pregnant.

Another girl – a 16-year-old who fled an attack on Baga, near Lake Chad, last year, said she was drugged and r*ped in May 2015 by a community security group member in charge of distributing aid in the camp.

Boko Haram, which controlled a swathe of land in the northeast around the size of Belgium early last year, has largely been pushed back to its base in the northeast’s vast Sambisa forest in the last few months.

Aid workers and soldiers have gained access to the group’s former northeastern strongholds, revealing famine-like conditions which UNICEF says could kill 75,000 children over the next year if they do not receive aid.

Nigerian lawmakers in early October said they would investigate the use of government funds intended to assist displaced people, amid claims that money had been diverted.

"[S*x] can result in post-intercourse bladder infections," said Robert Wool, M.D., ob-gyn, "You can have some snuggle time, just empty your bladder within an hour of s*x."

 

3. Chill out in a hot tub

 

While the idea of a post-coital hot tub dip might sounds nice, it could actually be very bad news for your v*gina.

 

"When your vulva swells in response to s*xual stimulation, it reveals the opening of the v*gina, which means you have a greater chance of infection," said Leslie.

 

"If you’re in a hot tub with your partner, that means you’re exposed to the bacteria on his skin and anus."

A man has found himself in more trouble than he can handle after he was found out to have subjected a young girl to a brutal experience.

A 16-year-old Indian girl has been allegedly r*ped.

 

The young girl was brutally r*ped by her neighbour on the pretext of marriage, in Bhognipur police area of Kanpur Dehat district, India.

 

The man has since disappeared from sight after the incident.

 

According to Times of India, a case has been registered against the accused on Sunday.

 

As per police reports, the accused was identified as Chandrapal, who resides in the neighbourhood. Chandrapal had come in the victim’s contact about eight months ago and the both started having an affair.

 

He promised to marry her and one day dragged her indoors and r*ped her while she was alone in the house.

 

Chandrapal later went back on is words and refused to marry the girl.

 

The girl then apprised her parents of the incident, who then reported the matter to the Bhognipur Kotwali police. Chandrapal is on the run.

 

"A case has been registered with the Bhognipur Kotwali police under Section 376 (punishment for R@pe), 363 (punishment for kidnapping), 366 (kidnapping, abducting or compelling woman to marriage etc) of the IPC, besides POCSO Act," SHO Bhognipur Anup Dubey, said.

 

A police official privy to the investigation said, "We have registered a case. The accused Chandrapal is absconding. Raids are on to arrest him."

A man has been remanded in prison custody after he did an unbelievable thing to a woman he has been lusting after.

A helpless woman from Zimbabwe has narrated in court how her neighbour stormed her house and kidnapped her before r*ping her for 6 hours.

 

According to The Chronicle, the woman from Tsholotshon has told a magistrate she was forcibly taken out of her home at knifepoint by her neighbour and whipped all the way to his homestead where he allegedly r*ped her overnight.

 

When he fell asleep, the woman managed to escape at around 5am the following day. The woman also told the court the man had threatened to kill her with a knife before forcing himself on her.

 

The accused man identified as Mqondisi Sibanda (32) pleaded not guilty to kidnapping and r*pe when he appeared before Bulawayo Regional Magistrate Mr Chrispen Mberewere on Friday.

 

Sibanda said he did not have much to say in defence and the court could take any action it deemed necessary. The magistrate remanded him in custody to Wednesday for judgment.

 

Prosecuting, Mr Simbarashe Manyiwa told the court that on March 11 this year, Sibanda went to the victim’s place of residence at around 11pm.

“Accused person pushed complainant’s door open and dragged her to his homestead. He whipped her all the way. Upon arrival he stripped her and R@ped her at knife point, threatening to St@bher if she screamed. Complainant escaped at 5am. She reported the matter to her mother who accompanied her to the police,” said Mr Manyiwa.

 

Testifying, the victim told the court that Sibanda drew an Okapi knife from his pocket and ordered her to follow him.

“I was sleeping with my sister in our hut when he budged in. I resisted his order. I punched his hand that had an Okapi and it fell to the floor. My sister took it away and hid it. He grabbed me by the arm and ordered me to dress up. He force marched me to his house. I tried to run away along the way but he caught up with me. He threatened to St@bme if I tried to flee again,” she said.

 

The woman said when they got to his homestead, her attacker forcibly removed all her clothes and pushed her onto the bed.

 

“He R@ped me through the night. At 5am, I asked him to release me but he refused. He went back to sleep and that was when I fled from his house. I narrated the ordeal to my mother,” she said

A South African family has been in serious agony for a while.

 

According to Rebecca Mokoena, the matriarch of the family, they are under a curse and that the number ‘4’ is a sign of bad luck for them.

 

Daily Sun SA reports, in 1994, Rebecca Mokoena’s only son Oupa disappeared without trace. Ten years later (2004), her husband Ishmael also vanished without trace.

 

The family visited a native doctor who told them that they have been cursed with idukanezwe muthi (a powerful juju)

 

The native doctor told them the intention is to make all male members of the family disappear without trace.

 

Now they are wondering who’s next. “In 2014 we were scared and guarding our three young like a hawk. We don’t trust anything because we don’t know who did this to our family,” said Ouma Mokoena (38), Rebecca’s daughter.

 

“We lock the gates to stop the boys from wandering away especially on weekends. We check them when they are playing outside.”

 

Rebecca (42) said a native doctor came to strengthen her home so none of her male grandchildren disappeared. But even though the native doctor performed rituals she still lives in fear.

 

What worries her most is that her husband and son were mentally well when they disappeared. “I would understand if they were mentally disturbed or if we quarrelled, but none of that is a factor.”

 

Rebecca said she doesn’t sleep at night when she thinks about their disappearances. “I sometimes see my husband in dreams and he doesn’t seem to be happy. I’m asking for prayers.” she said

 

A native doctor, Madoda Vhuthela says idukanezwe is used by some bad ritualists to destabilise families.

 

“The muthi makes members of the family disappear without any reason.”

Buhari, Senators will Clash – Primate Ayodele’s Prophecy for the Presidency & Ondo People Ahead of Elections

Primate Elijah Ayodele has disclosed that the government of President Muhammadu Buhari will have serious battle with the Senate, and take several actions that will rubbish a lot of people politically.

Speaking in an exclusice chat with Sunday Sun, the founder of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Lagos, Primate Elijah Babatunde Ayodele, said that the relationship between President Muhammadu Buhari and the Senate would become more acrimonious adding that even the national assembly will have serious battle with the President.

 

“The Senate will have serious battles with Buhari. The government will take several decisive steps to rubbish a lot of people politically. There are a lot of forces working against this government."

 

The influential cleric also dosclosed that the present administration is not finding solutions to the challenges facing the country because there are a lot of hidden forces working against the government.

 

"The government wants to do well but it is hindered by hidden forces working against it. That is why the government must take good care to neutralize the problem. Until they do it, the administration cannot move forward. 

"That is why the government is not getting solutions to many things. There are forces working against it. They have to properly identify the forces, otherwise…”

 

Speaking further, Primate Ayodele, said that Nigerians should not have been shocked by the Gestapo-style crackdown on justices of the Supreme Court and judges of the Federal High Court and some state High Courts by the Department of State Services (DSS), as what happened was foretold.

 

The cleric recalled his predictions on 2016 made in December 2015, when he said that the judiciary would face a travail following the indictment of some judges. Back then, the primate had said: “Let’s hope and pray that we do not lose any judge or that lawyers don’t go on strike. Some judges will be indicted.”

 

In what can easily be interpreted as a fulfillment of the prediction, the DSS on October of 7 and 8, this year, raided the homes of some judges in a brazen manner and arrested nine of them on allegation of taking shocking sums of money, in both local and foreign currencies as bribe and other related misconduct.

 

But what has happened so far, is just a tip of the iceberg as Ayodele emphatically said that judicial officers should expect more stormy seas ahead of them: “There will continue to be trouble in the judiciary. A lot of what will come out of the judiciary will not promote the image of the country.”

Seun, the son of Afrobeat legend, Fela Anikulapo-Kuti, is also not left out in the trend. He bore a daughter, Ifafunmike, with his dancer-turned-girlfriend, Yetunde Ademiluyi, in 2013. Nollywood top stars Odunlade Adekola and Femi Adebayo has been in the movie industry for many years and has bagged several awards respectively. Both movie thespian has paid their dues in the movie industry and are basking in the success of their career.
This issue of the above thespians has generated much discourse and argument among their various fans as to which of them is the best actor.
 
Odunlade Adekola:
The bone of contention has been whether Odunlade is better than Femi? For two years on a stretch, Odunlade has been bagging the best actor award. The Nollywood thespian began his career from Abeokuta with a group called John Babs about 17 years ago was shot into limelight when he featured in late Ahmed Alasari’s movie Asiri Gomina Wa in 2003, and on this he rode.
In 2007, Odunlade was able to prove to Nigerians that he is an actor that cannot be waved aside and in 2009, at the maiden edition of City People Entertainment Awards, he clinched the best actor award which he received again in 2010. As if confirming his acceptance by the viewing populace, Globacom made him one of their brand ambassadors and that explains the touch of green on his outfits.
Odunlade has gone beyond being an actor as he is also a movie producer and a music artist. However, the father of four believes this is his time as he is ready to seize the opportunity and maximize it.
 
Femi Adebayo:
Born into the family of thespians, Femi Adebayo grew up knowing his father as an actor, so his choosing acting as a career was not a surprise. The only surprise in his own case is the fact that he is a qualified lawyer, practiced law for a while before he dropped the gown and the wig ion pursuit of his movie career.
Femi Adebayo hit limelight when he was very young in Tade Ogidan’s movie, Owoblow. Many have believed that Femi’s sudden rise to fame in the industry can be linked to the fact that his father is a big name in the movie industry which has opened many doors for him.
The argument has therefore been that while the likes of Odunlade were struggling to get a role, all Femi needs was a word from his father to the producer, and he will get a role. Femi candidly agreed sometimes ago to the fact that the name Oga Bello or Adebayo Salami has helped opened so many doors for him, adding that if he is not good at what he does nobody would want to reckon with him even if his father recommends him. In other words, his father’s name did open doors for him sometimes, but did not keep him there but his hard work did.
Another relationship that helped boost Femi’s career was the one he had with fellow law graduate who also found herself in the Yoruba movie industry, Funke Akindele. It was while with Funke that many believed Femi got the break that brought him to limelight.
Aside being an actor, the father of two lovely daughters is also a movie producer while his brother, Tope Adebayo directs his movies.

However, Femi Adebayo took over the baton of best actor from Odunlade two years ago as he was also named same year edition of City People Entertainment Awards.
Many believed that Odunlade is more of a spontaneous actor who can take up any role at any given time. He is by nature a hyperactive person and as such very good at roles that entails much activity. Femi Adebayo on the other hand is a cool person that reflects on his role interpretation as the maturity touch is always attached to it.
In recent times, both are trying to showcase their creativity in comedy movies. Odunlade has been known to be a good comic actor; this he started with his role in the movie Beru ba Joba many years back and he has been able to build on it, he has also tried gangster roles and fitted in perfectly. Femi on the other hand is always calm when interpreting roles; he recently tried his hand in a comic role in his movie, Jelili which has fetched him an award.
In relation to education, there are some roles which Femi is better in than Odunlade. Odun is also a good singer as he does all the sound tracks in his movies having grown up in the church. But the ultimate question remains…

Exclusive: Dancequeen Kaffy responds to controversies surrounding her verbal attack against disrespectful artistes

On Wednesday, a lot of of people were surprised to see Dance entrepreneur, Kaffy, lash out at Davido and other artistes who allegedly disrespect dancers in Nigeria. In an explosive video lash out, Kaffy came for the music artiste, stating that it was disrespectful of him to dismiss contracted dancers at the very last minute. According to her, this happened at the One Africa Music Fest in the U.S in July and another similar issue also came up before the 3 thrones concert in Lagos over the weekend.


However, it appears her opinion on what went down during the second concert in Lagos was misconstrued. Some media outlets went on to report that the choreographer for Davido's performance at the 3 thrones concert debunked Kaffy's claim, saying although he did not initially want dancers for all his performances, the organizers insisted and he agreed. LIB reached out to the dance queen to hear her side of the story and she exclusively revealed the genesis of the problem, from unpaid debts to more. Read after the cut.

LIB: You lashed out at Davido for disrespecting contracted dancers at the One Africa Music Fest in New York back in July. You also made an example using the 3 thrones concert in Lagos. This was where the controversy set in as his official choreographer at the concert states clearly that his dancers performed with Davido on stage. What do you have to say about this?

The One Africa Music Concert in New York is the concert that Davido disrespected the dancers. While he was climbing up on stage, he told the dancers that he doesn't need them any more. Not the 3 thrones concert. People got that mixed up. They were disrespected right there by the side of the stage when they were about to climb on set. By the time he heard the uproar of the audience, he said "I no need dancers, i no need dancers' and just ran past them. I spoke to Kamal (Davido's manager) and tried to find out what exactly was going on. This was after I had been contracted from Lagos, because i was the official choreographer for the concert. My Job was to contact all artists and ask them if they need dancers. It's not an imposition. If you do need the service, let me know and then pay the dancers. That was the deal. Before i left for America, they had already acknowledged their request for needing dancers. By the time we got to the back stage/his green room at the Music fest, they were still reminding me that Kaffy i hope you've got our back.  I Said i do. I've gotten costumes from Nigeria and everything, you guys are good to go. All that was done, so why would you say you don't need the dancers when you are about to climb on stage?

Now the full story of that was, at the end of the day the dancers still went on to dance for him, because after speaking to the manager that whether they dance or not, you guys have to pay something. They've already been contracted to dance for you. The Manager was acting confused and also shocked about the issue. The Ladies decided that since they were going to dance for the next act, they would start changing and deal with the Davido issue later. Now as the girls were changing for the other artist, Kamal came back and said they need to go on now. I challenged him, saying but you said you don't want the dancers anymore? Kamal said Davido said it was for the first song that he did not want but he needs them now and they should come on stage. They eventually danced for him. Now I have been pushing them for the payment of these dancers for the past 3 months.. since July. I even had to pay the money myself. These are American dancers. I have never worked with them before. One music fest gave me the opportunity to work with them.

The issues I've had with some dancers is based on these kind of disappointments. Where artists or clients or people will contract us and at the end of the day, default on payment or change the budget at the last minute. Imagine dancer where i tell you say you go collect 15k? 2 days before the show, client cuts the budget and i would have to pay you 10k? Why won't you think that i'm the one cheating you?.. To cover it up and prevent any lawsuit since American dancers have a union and could put either myself or Davido in trouble, i paid the dancers out of my own pocket. Months after, i have not been paid back.

Just before this second one music fest, I went to the star mega jam iin Abuja with Darey Art Alade. Davido was there and i felt it was the perfect moment to remind them of the payment. I spoke to his manager, who apologized and said it was because they were traveling up and down that they forgot to pay. He said 'you will not need to remind me', that by the time 'I get to Lagos the following day, i would get an alert.' But they can't pay me in dollars. 'I said well i paid the dancers in dollars so you will have to give me the equivalent of what the dollar rate is now or else i won't be able to get my value back.' This was our agreement.

Two weeks after this conversation, nothing happened. I was at a video shoot in Ikeja when I sent him a message again, requesting to know how far with the payment. An hour later, i got a message saying David blasted him. "I told you i don't need dancers. You keep pinning them on me. I'm not going to pay any money". I questioned this development and asked why is this coming three months after?

Now DNMT boss Micheal is the official choreographer for the 3 Thrones concert but i'm officially for Tiwa Savage and was involved in the 3 thrones concert.  I coordinated Tiwa's performance and went for rehearsals to guide dancers that were going to work for Tiwa. While I was there, I saw Micheal put up rehearsals for Davido and Phyno. I witnessed the hard work of those dancers. Only for me to hear a day ago from dancers that were present that David did not turn up for rehearsals. But a day before the event, he came and was rude to everyone. "Who are this people, I told you i don't need dancers", he reportedly said.

This was what I reacted to. My dancers in New York that he initially did not allow to dance, and refused to pay when they finally did at their request. Also, the fact that he disrespected dancers at their rehearsals, even after weeks of effort which he did not turn up for. If you know you did not want dancers, why did you not strike it off your contract from the very beginning? Why allow this dancers to work so hard and then tell them off or talk to them rudely at the last minute?

More than one of the dancers present there said David also said that if dancers must dance on his stage, that he's marking out a perimeter that they must not cross. That got me so pissed. People reached out to me to address this. If i'm lying, let David or Kamal come out and say Kaffy it did not happen this way. Let them come out and face me

2. Feeding Bras & B.reast Pads:
Keep nursing bras at the top so you can quickly feed your baby. Buy these towards the end of your last trimester, so that you get an idea of your final size post delivery. Once you start producing milk, there are chances of your body producing extra milk than required by your baby, and this will only get regulated after about 3-4 months of feeding your baby. Till then, B.reast pads are saviors to avoid leakage onto your clothes. You get both reusable and disposable ones to choose from.
3. Sanitary Napkins:
Whether you have a normal or a cesarean delivery you will bleed for a few days (anywhere between 4-6 weeks). The good part about post delivery bleeding is that it’s not like your regular period, so no stomach cramps, backaches or mood swings. Pack your maternity pads for post delivery bleeding, also your regular ones may work just fine.
4. Grooming Essentials:
Depending on the type of delivery you have had, you can either take a shower after a couple of hours or after a day. Either ways, bring along your grooming essentials to feel like a fresh mommy and ready to be captured in those picture perfect -first moments with your baby.
5. Lip Balm:
The reason I mention this separately from the grooming essentials is because it’s a lip saver (life saver). Your lips can get extremely dry during and after delivery. You probably have sweated it out giving birth. So save yourself some chapped lips and have a perfect smile with your baby after.
